WINTER PARKING BAN 

The Town of Kennebunkport’s winter parking ban is in effect beginning December 1, 2009 to April 15, 2010.  Parking is prohibited on any public way between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m. In the event that a snow emergency is declared, then parking on any public way will be prohibited for the time period indicated on the declaration.  The Town has the right to remove vehicles found in violation
